Our team advances transportation execution within the supply chain by enabling efficient load creation, tendering, and automation for Fleet and third-party carriers. We deliver scalable, reliable software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support omnichannel growth. By leveraging technology and process innovation, the team drives cost optimization, improved visibility, and faster execution. Collaboration, continuous improvement, technical expertise, and a product-driven approach are central to achieving excellence, elevating supply chain performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
What you'll do:
  • Analyze and classify business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with product solutions and stakeholder expectations.
  • Assist in designing scalable, maintainable software components based on high-level architecture and business needs.
  • Develop and configure code adhering to standards, focusing on quality, security, and performance.
  • Create and execute test cases to validate functionality and identify defects, supporting continuous integration and delivery.
  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain system reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver iterative improvements and support agile development processes.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven expertise in software architecture, scalable distributed systems, and design patterns.
  • Strong proficiency in coding languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and automation scripting.
  • Ability to analyze and classify requirements, including functional and non-functional, and translate them into detailed designs.
  • Skilled in debugging, defect management, and root cause analysis to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Familiarity with telemetry, security policies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Demonstrated capability in iterative and incremental development within agile frameworks.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
