Position Summary...
Lead the future of pharmacy operations at Walmart! As a Senior Pharmacy Manager II at our Central Fill located in Rogers, AR , you'll drive clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and business growth-making a direct impact on patient care and pharmacy innovation. This is a unique opportunity to shape large-scale pharmacy services in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

What you'll do...

  • Oversee operational performance for Central Fill pharmacy services
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA
  • Manage and mentor pharmacy managers, supervisors, and associates
  • Drive business growth, utilization, and cost optimization
  • Build relationships with retail pharmacies, providers, and vendor partners


What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's or PharmD and 4+ years' pharmacy experience (2+ years in management)
  • Current, unrestricted Missouri pharmacist license (and ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed)
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Experience in retail or mail order pharmacy (preferred)
  • Proven ability to drive operational and financial performance

The annual salary range for this position is $105,000.00 - $195,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
