What you'll do: - Lead program management activities, defining goals, deliverables, and schedules for multiple complex projects aligned with strategic objectives.
- Oversee financial management including budgeting, cost monitoring, and resource allocation across technology programs.
- Develop and communicate technology strategies that support business unit requirements and operational goals.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to influence decisions and drive program success.
- Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Translate business needs into actionable project plans and support technology domain stakeholders in resolving complex issues.
- Promote continuous improvement by implementing effective processes and leveraging program management tools.
