Role summary:

The Senior Manager, Technical Program Management leads complex, large-scale programs by defining goals, managing cross-functional dependencies, and driving end-to-end technology solutions. This role requires expertise in program planning, technical design, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery within resource and timeline constraints. The position emphasizes continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and effective communication to align teams and stakeholders. The manager mentors team members, promotes operational excellence, and leverages emerging technologies to optimize program outcomes while maintaining high standards of integrity and business value.
What you'll do:
  • Define goals, stage gates, and key deliverables for large-scale technical programs with multiple dependencies and resource constraints.
  • Drive clarity and resolve ambiguities in business and product strategies to align program teams and leadership.
  • Lead end-to-end technology solution discussions, ensuring scalable, high-availability system designs.
  • Identify synergies and optimize program tracks to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Establish and improve scalable workflows, risk mitigation plans, and operational excellence frameworks.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and impacts clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage team of TPMs and mentor best practices in program and technical management.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
