Position Summary...
Role summary:

The Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics, leads the development and execution of compliance strategies within their area of responsibility. This role involves monitoring regulatory changes, conducting gap analyses, and advising leadership on compliance risks and ethics issues. The position requires managing research on legislation and regulatory trends, developing policies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do...

  • Lead compliance and ethics initiatives by monitoring regulations, addressing compliance inquiries, and updating policies with leadership input.
  • Conduct gap analyses and develop strategies to mitigate compliance and ethics risks across the business.
  • Manage legislative assessment strategies, evaluate regulatory trends, and forecast impacts on business operations.
  • Oversee data management programs to catalog legislation and support predictive regulatory analysis.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.


What you'll bring:
  • Extensive experience in governance, regulatory compliance, and compliance risk management within complex organizational environments.
  • Strong expertise in conducting gap analyses and developing strategies to address compliance and ethics issues.
  • Proficiency in communicating complex regulatory information clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, drive continuous improvement, and implement process enhancements.
  • Project management certification or equivalent experience supporting compliance initiatives and business objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
