Role summary:

The Senior Manager, Software Engineering, leads platform-level execution of advanced software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and roadmap milestones. This role oversees scalable infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks while driving full lifecycle development, operational excellence, and cloud cost optimization. Collaborating across teams, the position champions architectural integrity, technical quality, and continuous improvement. The leader mentors engineers, manages complex initiatives, and fosters effective stakeholder engagement to deliver innovative, reliable solutions that support business goals and enhance customer and associate experiences.
About the team:

The OMS engineering team develops and maintains a vital platform managing the complete purchase order lifecycle, connecting merchandising, supply chain, and supplier systems. This team ensures accurate, timely, and automated order processing at scale by focusing on platform reliability, scalability, and modernization. Their work enhances inventory availability, reduces operational costs, and improves supplier interactions, supporting seamless product flow and better customer outcomes. The team applies strong project and stakeholder management, technology roadmaps, and DevOps architecture to deliver high-quality solutions that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the platform.
What you'll do:
  • Lead platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones.
  • Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure development and seamless system integration.
  • Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, promoting DevOps practices and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
