About the team: The OMS engineering team develops and maintains a vital platform managing the complete purchase order lifecycle, connecting merchandising, supply chain, and supplier systems. This team ensures accurate, timely, and automated order processing at scale by focusing on platform reliability, scalability, and modernization. Their work enhances inventory availability, reduces operational costs, and improves supplier interactions, supporting seamless product flow and better customer outcomes. The team applies strong project and stakeholder management, technology roadmaps, and DevOps architecture to deliver high-quality solutions that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the platform.
What you'll do: - Lead platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones.
- Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure development and seamless system integration.
- Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, promoting DevOps practices and continuous improvement.
- Manage cloud cost optimization and enhance automation, telemetry, and tooling to reduce operational friction.
- Mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions, and uphold technical quality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of complex initiatives.
- Foster innovation by identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and products.
What you'll bring: - Proven leadership in platform engineering, overseeing software and AI/ML system development aligned with strategic roadmaps.
- Expertise in managing full software development lifecycle, including DevOps architecture, CI/CD, and cloud financial management.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills to deliver complex technical initiatives on time and within scope.
- Experience mentoring engineers and fostering technical excellence through code reviews, testing, and adherence to security standards.
- Ability to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across multiple teams and platforms.
- Sound technical judgment with adaptability to evolving technologies and system contexts.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
