Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Program Management, leads the execution of multiple business initiatives by developing strategic plans, removing obstacles, and driving performance improvements. This role oversees direct reports and cross-functional teams, fosters associate development, and ensures alignment with company policies and values. The position requires strong decision-making, communication, and process improvement skills to evaluate program effectiveness, manage risks, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The Senior Manager partners with senior leadership to support continuous learning, promote ethical standards, and deliver measurable business results while maintaining a focus on customer and associate experience.

What you'll do...

  • Lead execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.


  • Supervise and develop associates through mentoring, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative team environment.


  • Partner with senior leaders to define goals, assess risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.


  • Drive continuous process improvements by conducting gap analyses, implementing best practices, and aligning initiatives with company strategy.


  • Evaluate program performance using data analytics, recommend adjustments, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
