Position Summary
Leads complex, cross-functional programs and business initiatives by aligning strategy, execution, and performance. Partners with senior leadership to drive informed decision-making, resolve critical issues, and continuously improve processes that enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do...
  • Lead execution of multiple business plans and programs by defining priorities, removing obstacles, and monitoring performance against goals
  • Partner with senior leaders to establish objectives, success criteria, risks, and communication strategies across initiatives
  • Drive program lifecycle management, including planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, and continuous improvement
  • Analyze performance data, KPIs, and ROI to recommend strategic adjustments and improve business outcomes
  • Champion process improvement through gap analysis, best practices, and implementation of scalable solutions

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
