Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Program Management leads the execution of multiple strategic business initiatives by aligning priorities, removing obstacles, and driving performance improvements. This role oversees cross-functional teams, fosters talent development, and ensures adherence to company policies and ethical standards. By partnering with senior leadership, the position supports informed decision-making, continuous process enhancements, and effective communication across stakeholders. The role emphasizes data-driven evaluation of program outcomes and champions a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence to deliver impactful business results aligned with organizational goals.

What you'll do...
  • Lead strategic talent growth initiatives spanning skills and competencies, promotion processes, and manager enablement to strengthen how technical talent is developed and advanced across the organization.
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align priorities, manage risks, and deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions.
  • Use data, metrics, and stakeholder insights to evaluate program effectiveness, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
