Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Program Management, leads the execution of multiple business initiatives by developing strategic plans, removing obstacles, and driving performance improvements. This role oversees direct reports and cross-functional teams, fosters associate development, and ensures alignment with company policies and values. The position requires strong decision-making, communication, and process improvement skills to evaluate program effectiveness, manage risks, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The Senior Manager partners with senior leadership to support continuous learning, promote ethical standards, and deliver measurable business results while maintaining a focus on customer and associate experience.
What you'll do...- Lead execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
