Position Summary...

What you'll do...
  • Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
    • Analyzes and applies information from multiple sources.
    • Monitors progress and results.
    • Identifies, addresses, and implements improvement opportunities.
  • Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by explaining, guiding, and demonstrating how to apply them in executing business processes and practices.
    • Uses the Open Door Policy.
    • Assists management with correcting ethical and compliance issues.
  • Implements production schedules that maintain adequate inventory levels, maximize production efficiencies, and meet customer fulfillment requirements by collaborating with plant leadership.
    • Partners with the Site Sr. Director, Director of Operations, Sr. Maintenance Manager, Shift Managers, and Supervisors.
    • Develops weekly production plans to meet utilization goals and high service levels.
    • Ensures compliance with sanitation and maintenance schedules.
    • Promotes cost-effective operations.
    • Works with Farm Supply Chain and optimization teams to determine supply and sales outlooks.
    • Develops production plans based on sales forecasts.
  • Performs daily schedule plan analysis to ensure accurate production and sufficient inventory.
    • Conducts process analysis for each SKU to expedite production based on priorities, specifications, capacity, and equipment availability.
    • Reviews and analyzes weekly performance and inventory levels of products and raw materials.
    • Audits and tracks trays and pallets and performs inventory reconciliation.
    • Supports sales forecast analysis related to capacity planning and material requirements.
    • Recommends forecast adjustments when needed.
    • Analyzes past performance to identify inventory management improvement opportunities.
    • Communicates needs for expedited production or raw materials to management and suppliers.
  • Develops and implements scheduling and run strategies to support material usage and efficiency goals.
    • Ensures production quality and analyzes incoming data from plant leadership.
    • Communicates issues and discrepancies to teams and leadership.
    • Reports changes (e.g., shortages, overages, expedites) to Site leadership and Home Office teams.
    • Creates and communicates schedules for processing and raw material receiving.
    • Utilizes systems such as SAP, DSI, Essbase, Dashboard, GRS, and Microsoft tools.
    • Manages and tracks inventory cycle time and reusable container and pallet status.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional partners to resolve inventory issues and proactively address constraints.
    • Provides backup coverage in critical areas.
    • Drives continuous improvement in throughput, cycle time, and production quality.
  • Manages raw milk scheduling for the dairy manufacturing plant using the Walmart Milk Management System.
    • Aligns deliveries with production plans and store demand.
    • Coordinates with plant operations, farms, cooperatives, and haulers.
    • Maintains stable flow of raw milk supply.
    • Issues purchase orders and completes financial system processes.
  • Oversees the flow of raw materials within the manufacturing environment.
    • Manages procurement, storage, dispensing, and inventory tracking.
    • Ensures continuous and cost-effective operations.
    • Works closely with production, accounting, and other departments to maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • Drives execution of business plans and projects by:
    • Identifying customer and operational needs.
    • Developing and communicating business plans and priorities.
    • Removing barriers and providing resources.
    • Establishing performance standards and measuring progress.
    • Adjusting performance and developing contingency plans.
    • Demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.

The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
