Role summary:
The Senior Manager, People, leads the execution of strategic human resource initiatives to support business objectives while fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment. This role involves overseeing talent development, organizational change management, and compliance with policies and regulations. By leveraging data analysis and cross-functional collaboration, the position drives continuous improvement in workforce performance and operational effectiveness. The Senior Manager provides coaching, mentorship, and guidance to associates and leaders, ensuring alignment with company values and promoting a culture of accountability, integrity, and sustained business success.

The People Partner team collaborates closely with Energy leadership to align talent and organizational strategies with business growth. This team focuses on workforce planning, leadership development, and capability building to support evolving business needs. They drive change management initiatives and enhance organizational effectiveness by coaching leaders and fostering strong engagement. Acting as strategic advisors, team members connect business goals with talent solutions, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence. Their work integrates data analysis and human resource strategies to build a resilient organization that supports Walmart's Energy objectives and long-term success.
What you'll do:

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
