Role summary:

The Senior Manager, Operations leads the execution of complex projects and programs related to the Emerging Business Unit. They will be responsible by managing timelines, resources, and communication to ensure successful implementation. This role provides data-driven insights to influence business strategies, drives process improvements to enhance efficiency, and collaborates cross-functionally to develop innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals. Responsible for overseeing budgets, mitigating risks, and fostering team development, the position ensures operational excellence while maintaining compliance with company policies. The Senior Manager champions continuous improvement and supports a high-performing environment to deliver measurable business results.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
