Position Summary...What you'll do...The Senior Manager, Operations is a dynamic operational and strategic leader who drives project execution, decision support, and cross-functional business solutions within Walmart's Site Merchandise Experience & Strategy team. This exciting opportunity will lead high-impact initiatives that shape how millions of customers experience Walmart's digital site, driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and platform innovation and will work primarily with product management, merchandising, engineering, and eCommerce strategy teams across Walmart.
The role is based in Bentonville, AR (Home Office) and reports to the Senior Director of Operations & Strategy within the Site Merchandise Experience & Strategy organization.

- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing complex workstreams from initiation through delivery
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
- Proven ability to build partnerships and influence cross-functional stakeholders including product, engineering, and merchandising
- Experience developing operational scorecards, tracking mechanisms, and performance reporting tools
- Background in merchandising, eCommerce, or retail strategy is a plus; comfort operating at the intersection of business and technology

- Directing the execution of projects, workstreams, and programs by managing project plans, task timelines, and communication materials to ensure successful rollouts and implementations
- Providing decision support by sourcing, analyzing, and interpreting data to surface business trends and translate insights into recommendations aligned with strategic objectives
- Managing the implementation of business solutions by building stakeholder partnerships, developing scorecards and tracking mechanisms, and continuously improving processes to drive efficiency and meet business goals
- Driving activities that generate revenue, offset operational expenses, and optimize budget allocation by applying business measures and analytical methodologies to identify improvement opportunities
- Managing the development of operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by partnering cross-functionally with product management, merchandising, and engineering to deliver solutions for complex, multi-stakeholder problems

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
