Position Summary...

What you'll do...
Role summary:

The Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives will lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and performance management of the Consumables Marketplace campaigns portfolio, including Tier 1 events, seasonal and category campaigns, Holiday, Flash Deals, and Marketplace Spotlights. This role will partner across Category, Site Merchandising, Marketing, Campaigns & Events, and Planning to develop financial plans, build winning assortments, secure hero items, and maximize campaign performance. The role will serve as the central business owner for campaign forecasting, executive alignment, in-event optimization, performance reporting, and post-event insights that strengthen future plans and drive incremental Marketplace growth.
What you'll do:
  • Own strategy and execution across Consumables Marketplace campaigns, Flash Deals, and Marketplace Spotlights.
  • Develop AOP, top-down, bottom-up, and item-level forecasts and align financial expectations with senior leadership.
  • Partner with Category, Site Merchandising, Marketing, and Campaign teams to source compelling assortments and hero items.
  • Lead campaign readiness, live performance reporting, and optimization to maximize GMV.
  • Identify financial risks, opportunities, assortment gaps, and actions throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Lead post-event hindsight, forecast variance analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Planning to integrate campaign financials into SBU forecasts.
  • Build scalable processes and operating mechanisms that improve execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
