Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: The Senior Manager, Walmart Academy - H&W Learning leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive training programs that enhance associate capabilities and drive business performance. This role partners with key stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop strategic solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability, the position supports talent development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. The Senior Manager also oversees training standards and governance, leveraging data to measure effectiveness and optimize learning initiatives that contribute to operational excellence and associate growth.
What you'll do: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs, develop curricula, and deliver effective learning strategies.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback, adjusting initiatives to enhance impact and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards while promoting a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Drive innovation in instructional design and learning technologies to support organizational capability development.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
