What you'll do: - Lead execution of business plans by identifying operational needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
- Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, and performance management to build effective teams.
- Evaluate and improve processes by analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing sustainable solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What you'll bring: - Proven expertise in project management, including defining scope, establishing milestones, and tracking progress to ensure successful project delivery.
- Strong background in process improvement and change management, utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ability to lead and develop teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Skilled in analyzing data and KPIs to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders, drive behavior change, and support organizational culture transformation.
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and governance to meet business objectives and compliance standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
