What you'll do...
Role summary:
The Senior Manager I, Operations Improvement, Facility, leads the execution of strategic business plans and process enhancements to optimize operational performance. This role involves managing multiple projects, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a high-performing team environment through coaching and development. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional partners to implement sustainable solutions, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure compliance with company policies. The role supports organizational goals by promoting integrity, accountability, and adaptability while delivering measurable results that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do:
  • Lead execution of business plans by identifying operational needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
  • Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, and performance management to build effective teams.
  • Evaluate and improve processes by analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing sustainable solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage multiple projects by defining scope, coordinating activities, tracking progress, and reporting status to stakeholders.
  • Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while supporting continuous learning and organizational culture change.
  • Monitor program performance, address issues, and drive behavior change to achieve operational excellence.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
