Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: The Senior Manager I, Operations Improvement, Facility, leads the execution of strategic business plans to enhance operational efficiency and performance. What you'll do: - Lead execution of multiple business plans by identifying operational needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
- Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and coaching to build a collaborative team environment.
- Manage projects by defining scope, establishing milestones, coordinating activities, tracking progress, and reporting status to stakeholders.
- Analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities, develop sustainable solutions, and communicate changes to ensure alignment and behavior change.
- Support continuous learning and adaptability by monitoring program performance and implementing necessary adjustments.

The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
