What you'll do: - Identify and assess data sources aligned with business requirements and service level agreements to ensure data quality and relevance.
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and automation techniques.
- Develop and implement data visualization strategies to communicate insights effectively to various stakeholders.
- Guide the design of user-centric applications integrating data insights for enhanced decision-making.
- Mentor team members on analytics methods, storytelling, and business context interpretation.
- Drive execution of analytics projects aligned with business objectives and operational needs.
- Develop AI-powered agents and solutions using tools like VS Code, to support Total Rewards partners.
What you'll bring: - Extensive experience in data analytics, including BigQuery and NoSQL database technologies.

- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Python libraries.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
1 year's supervisory experience.
