Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: The Senior Manager, Business Analysis & Insights, leads enterprise strategy initiatives that shape how Walmart partners with suppliers and supports Merchandising. This role develops strategic recommendations, operating models, supplier engagement frameworks, and implementation plans that improve business performance and enable scalable enterprise capabilities. Partnering closely with Merchandising, Supplier Excellence, Decision Sciences, Product, and Technology, this leader translates complex business challenges into actionable strategies while influencing cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results.
What you'll do: - Lead the development and implementation of enterprise supplier strategies, operating models, and engagement frameworks.
- Partner with Merchandising and cross-functional teams to develop strategic recommendations and implement enterprise initiatives.
- Develop executive-ready strategy papers, business cases, presentations, and implementation roadmaps for senior leadership.
- Translate complex business challenges into scalable frameworks, processes, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation while building alignment across stakeholder groups.
- Identify opportunities to improve supplier engagement, business performance, and organizational effectiveness through data-driven insights.

- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams aligned with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights and influence cross-functional teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
