As the Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic business objectives. Collaborating closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners, you will develop and implement advanced analytical models and prototypes to address complex challenges. This role requires guiding project execution from concept through validation while fostering continuous improvement and innovation. You will also mentor team members, promote operational excellence, and ensure analytics solutions drive measurable business value aligned with organizational goals.

The Merch Transformation team empowers Walmart merchants to operate with enhanced speed, consistency, and confidence by delivering essential tools, support, process improvements, and insights. This team collaborates across product, business, technology, and merchant organizations to drive adoption, stabilize key platforms, and improve user experience. Their efforts ensure transformation initiatives generate measurable business value. The team values advanced analytics, data analysis, leadership, project management, collaboration, and business process expertise to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement in merchandising operations.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
