Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: The Senior Manager, Academy Content leads the development, evaluation, and implementation of standardized training programs to support operational continuity and business objectives. This role collaborates with key partners to design curriculum, assess training needs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsible for managing training roadmaps, overseeing content quality, and ensuring alignment with performance metrics, the position also provides leadership development and coaching to associates. The role champions effective communication, compliance, and innovation to enhance learning experiences and support Walmart's commitment to excellence and operational success.
What you'll do: - Oversee development, evaluation, and implementation of training standards and governance to ensure operational continuity.
- Research and benchmark industry practices to recommend and implement best training approaches.
- Collaborate with business partners to develop and approve curriculum aligned with operational goals.
- Lead needs assessments, prepare materials, and deliver leadership and compliance training using adult learning techniques.
- Manage multiple projects by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and adjusting plans to meet performance standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a team-based environment and promoting continuous learning.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and data analysis, driving content improvements and resource planning.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
