What you'll do: - Lead a high-performing team to execute replenishment strategies and planning processes that support strategic outcomes and growth.
- Lead in leveraging AI where applicable to improve speed to decisions while enhancing insights and actions thru data.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies while working cross-functionally (with partners inside of and outside of merchandising, as needed)
- Provide strategic guidance on business objectives to ensure execution achieves intended outcomes; including leading transformational initiatives + cross-functional teams..
- Drive execution of business plans by removing obstacles, allocating resources, and adjusting performance standards.
- Cultivate talent through recruitment, development, and succession planning to maintain a skilled workforce.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
