Position Summary...As a Senior Data Analyst on the Leadership Assessment Team, you'll design and deliver AI-powered applications and advanced analytics solutions that improve leadership assessment, talent development, and organizational decision-making. You'll work across the solution lifecycle-from understanding business needs and rapidly prototyping new capabilities to developing, deploying, and supporting production-ready solutions.
What you'll do...- Design and deploy AI enabled applications and analytics products that improve business processes, decisions, and associate experiences.
- Develop GenAI and LLM solutions using prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, and emerging capabilities.
- Build web applications, APIs, and interfaces that make AI and analytics accessible to business users.
- Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, predictive modeling, and analytical validation to structured and unstructured data.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business problems into prototypes and iterate based on feedback.
- Design reliable, observable, responsible AI solutions with robust evaluation and user experience in mind.
- Navigate SSP and enterprise governance through design, security reviews, testing, documentation, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support.
What you'll bring...
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Strong Python and SQL skills for data analysis and analytical solution development.
- Knowledge of statistics, machine learning, predictive analytics, and data visualization.
- Experience working with complex, multi-source datasets using sound data quality and governance practices.
- Experience developing dashboards and analytical products using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Experience building applications, automation, or software solutions using modern programming practices.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
