What you'll do...
Role summary:
The Senior Analyst, Assortment Activation, plays a critical role in supporting business plans by identifying operational needs and driving execution of merchandising strategies. This position manages cross-functional initiatives, analyzes data to inform decisions, and provides actionable insights to senior leadership. The role involves developing and communicating business priorities, removing obstacles to performance, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders to implement effective solutions, ensures alignment with company standards, and contributes to training and development programs that enhance overall business outcomes.
What you'll do:
  • Support execution of business plans by identifying operational needs and removing barriers to enhance performance.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives impacting store and corporate processes, including merchandising programs and communications.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on merchandise priorities and system support developments.
  • Develop and deliver training content, evaluate effectiveness, and update materials based on new procedures.
  • Analyze data to drive solutions for business challenges and improve store processes.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to implement business solutions and monitor progress.
  • Model compliance with company policies and promote ethical standards in all activities.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
