Role summary:

The Senior Analyst, Assortment Activation, plays a critical role in supporting business plans by identifying operational needs and driving execution through cross-functional initiatives. This position involves managing space programs that support the merchandising strategy, providing insights to senior leadership, and translating strategies into actionable plans. The role requires strong collaboration, data analysis, and communication skills to remove barriers, measure progress, and adapt plans accordingly. The analyst also supports training development and process improvements, ensuring alignment with company standards and fostering continuous learning to enhance overall business performance.
About the team:
The Fashion Space & MOD team transforms assortment strategies into effective customer-focused floorplans, modular layouts, and space solutions that enhance sales, conversion, and loyalty. Supporting the D31/D32 Jewelry & Accessories business, the team develops and implements space strategies to optimize product placement, improve shopability, and maximize space productivity across Walmart stores. This collaborative team leverages data analysis, merchandising expertise, and operational insights to drive business results and deliver impactful retail experiences.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
