Join Walmart as a Recruiter and play a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition by partnering closely with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, interview processes, and hiring timelines. You will manage sourcing strategies, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and efficient scheduling. Utilizing data-driven insights and ATS tools, you will monitor requisition progress, address pipeline risks, and support offer negotiations. This role demands strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence hiring outcomes while upholding operational excellence and compliance standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
