Role summary: You will lead the design of tools and experiences that help sellers succeed on Walmart Marketplace at scale. You will partner with product, engineering, and research to shape strategy, apply research insights, and simplify complex workflows. You will create prototypes to explore ideas, validate solutions, and communicate design intent. You will set a high bar for design craft, mentor other designers, and drive alignment across teams. Your work will improve the end-to-end seller experience while supporting business growth and delivering better outcomes for customers.
What you'll do: - Lead end-to-end design for seller-facing tools and workflows

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
