Role summary:
The Principal, Technical Program Manager leads complex, large-scale programs by defining goals, managing cross-functional dependencies, and driving delivery across multiple teams. This role requires expertise in program and risk management, technical design, and stakeholder engagement to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions. The position involves coordinating end-to-end system architecture discussions, mitigating risks, and optimizing resources to achieve strategic objectives. The incumbent fosters continuous improvement, mentors team members, and communicates effectively to align stakeholders, ensuring successful execution of technology initiatives within dynamic environments.
About the team:

The Marketplace TPM team partners with Business, Product, and Engineering leaders to advance Walmart's strategic Marketplace Trust initiatives. Positioned at the nexus of technology, product strategy, and business execution, the team leads complex programs spanning multiple organizations. Their efforts enable global Marketplace growth by ensuring cross-functional alignment, managing risks, and delivering scalable technical solutions. With a focus on strong stakeholder engagement, program management excellence, and continuous improvement, the team drives operational excellence and innovation through effective project leadership and technical design, supporting Walmart's commitment to impactful and efficient program delivery.
What you'll do:

Sunnyvale, California US-11656: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30094: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
