About the team:

The Last Mile Delivery team combines customer insights with advanced technology to develop a strategic product roadmap that enhances satisfaction while supporting Walmart's Everyday Low Prices. The team emphasizes cost-effective process optimization and creates reusable technologies to streamline customer acquisition, onboarding, and merchant support across in-store, mobile, and web platforms. They refine tariffs and assortment strategies to maintain affordability and deliver tailored experiences. Their work drives operational excellence and innovative product delivery, ensuring seamless, efficient solutions aligned with Walmart's commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
What you'll do:

  • Monitor program metrics, manage CI/CD pipelines, and support continuous integration and deployment processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance software quality and performance.

What you'll bring:
  • Extensive experience in software architecture, distributed systems, and scalable design patterns.
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as JavaScript and Python, with strong adherence to coding standards and security practices.
  • Expertise in requirements analysis, including functional and non-functional requirements, risk assessment, and user story creation.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
