Role summary:

The Principal Product Manager leads product strategy across multiple related products, driving organization-wide decisions through deep expertise and data-driven insights. This role shapes long-term vision, manages complex customer challenges, and oversees product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization. Collaborating cross-functionally, the position influences senior stakeholders and advances product management best practices. The ideal candidate leverages analytics, market opportunities, and emerging technologies to deliver scalable solutions that align with business priorities and customer needs, fostering continuous improvement and strategic innovation within the product portfolio.
What you'll do:
  • Define and evolve product strategies across multiple related products, leveraging market insights and data-driven analysis to identify opportunities and guide long-term direction.
  • Lead development and management of comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and resource prioritization.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
