- Lead investigations into security incidents, monitor for theft and shrinkage, manage access controls, and develop loss prevention strategies to safeguard assets and personnel..
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and emergency response plans.
- Utilize data collection and visualization tools to analyze incidents, improve processes, and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance security measures and operational excellence.
- Build business cases for new initiatives with clear ROI or cost savings.
- Train and mentor on safety protocols, asset protection policies, and regulatory compliance.
What you'll bring: - Proven expertise in asset protection, including conducting investigations and managing security audits to mitigate loss and shrinkage.
- Strong knowledge of operational excellence principles, root cause analysis, and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with data collection, visualization, and governance to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ability to enforce safety standards, regulatory compliance, and emergency response protocols in a distribution center environment.
- Skilled in risk management, including risk assessments, reporting, and training to enhance employee awareness.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing associates to achieve operational goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety Management, Audit, or related field;, AND 1 years' experience in the field of Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, or Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, and Manufacturing, or related field.
Option 2: 3 years' experience in the field of Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, Safety or Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, or related field.
