What you'll do...
Role summary:

The Manager, Technology Operations leads the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple complex technology projects aligned with strategic objectives. This role oversees program financials, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications while fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery and operational excellence. The position requires strong program management expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to influence across teams. By driving continuous improvement and aligning technology initiatives with business priorities, the manager supports organizational goals and promotes a culture of accountability, integrity, and high performance within the technology operations function.
What you'll do:
  • Define and manage multiple medium to high-complexity technology projects within a program, aligning deliverables with strategic objectives.
  • Develop accountability matrices, assign responsibilities, and establish milestones for program modules.
  • Assess resource requirements, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
  • Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets, leading cross-functional meetings to address issues and maintain program health.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting data-driven recommendations and fostering consensus.
  • Oversee technology-related process updates and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and development opportunities to team members, promoting a high-performing environment.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
