What you'll do...
Role summary:
The Manager, Supply Chain Management oversees the efficient flow of merchandise through distribution networks and fulfillment centers by resolving operational issues and analyzing data to enhance network performance. This role drives collaboration among stakeholders to meet sales, inventory, and profitability goals while identifying and addressing supply chain disruptions. The position champions continuous improvement initiatives, manages supplier relationships, and leads teams to execute optimized supply chain strategies. With a focus on operational excellence and innovation, the manager ensures compliance with company standards and fosters a culture of accountability and development.
About the team:
The team drives operational excellence by managing carrier performance and fostering strong relationships across Ocean, Dray, Air, and OCM channels. They focus on optimizing supply chain processes through data analysis, resolving escalated issues, and implementing improvements. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, the team ensures seamless merchandise flow and enhanced service levels. Leadership promotes continuous learning, accountability, and innovation to achieve business objectives while upholding high standards of integrity and operational effectiveness. This team plays a critical role in supporting programmatic expansion and aligning vendor performance with organizational goals.
What you'll do:
  • Manage supply chain processes to ensure efficient merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers.
  • Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify and resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, and return issues.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to optimize product flow, sales, inventory, and profitability.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing process enhancements and cost reduction strategies.
  • Oversee performance reviews and provide corrective action recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Develop and mentor associates, fostering accountability and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and promote operational excellence aligned with business goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
