Manager, Supply Chain you will manage supply chain processes and ensure merchandise flow through the distribution network and fulfillment centers by analyzing data to streamline and improve network efficiencies; providing analysis for network channel decision; researching and analyzing root cause of daily and escalated exceptions concerning shipping, receiving, inventory, and return related issues.

What you'll do: - Manage supply chain processes to ensure efficient merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers.
- Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify and resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, and return issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize supply chain execution aligned with sales, inventory, and profitability goals.
- Develop and present recommendations to address supply chain disruptions and improve operational efficiencies.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by implementing process enhancements and cost reduction strategies.
- Supervise and develop associates, fostering accountability and performance excellence.
- Communicate operational expectations and resolve escalated supply chain concerns with stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
