Role summary: The (USA) Manager, Store Space Design leads the development and adaptation of innovative store design solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business objectives, managing design projects from concept through implementation, and ensuring adherence to established guidelines. The manager provides expert guidance on space allocation and design standards, identifies improvement opportunities, and supports scalable execution. A focus on driving sales profitability while optimizing costs is essential, alongside fostering strong partnerships and maintaining compliance with company values and policies.
What you'll do: - Lead the development and adaptation of store design solutions aligned with business strategies to enhance sales and reduce expenses.
- Coordinate design sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Realty, Marketing, and Operations.
- Develop and review design project requirements, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to design guidelines.
- Provide visual aids and multiple design options to support decision-making and implementation.
- Monitor design implementation in store pilots, identify improvement opportunities, and approve scalable solutions.
- Build strong partnerships to support business needs and drive continuous improvement.
- Model compliance with company policies and promote a culture of integrity and excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
