Position Summary...The Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics, oversees adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards within their area of responsibility. This role involves working with a cross-functional team of business and compliance partners to develop, implement, and maintain elements of a privacy compliance program for Walmart's healthcare initiatives. Additionally, the manager supports associate development, fosters a culture of integrity, and ensures alignment with company values while driving continuous improvement and effective stakeholder engagement to uphold the organization's commitment to ethical business practices.
What you'll do...- Respond to HIPAA Privacy-related questions and issues raised by customers, patients, associates, and leadership.
- Support HIPAA Privacy-related communications to Home Office and Field associates.
- Proactively identify and respond to HIPAA Privacy-related trends and concerns.
- Collect and analyze data, as well as create reports and communicate findings to senior business and compliance leadership.
- Participate in the development of recommended solutions to identified HIPAA Privacy-related compliance concerns.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
