Role summary:
The Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions leads inventory planning and supply chain execution to optimize product availability and flow. This role drives sales and inventory performance through strategic forecasting, vendor collaboration, and precise execution of replenishment plans. The position requires proactive resolution of supply disruptions, root cause analysis of inventory challenges, and continuous improvement of inventory health metrics. Partnering cross-functionally, the manager ensures alignment with business goals while leading and developing a high-performing team committed to operational excellence and integrity in support of customer needs.
About the team:
The Kids Fashion Merchandising Execution team drives the implementation of merchant strategies and financial plans to deliver exceptional products. Leveraging expertise in merchandise planning, financial forecasting, category management, and data analysis, the team supports informed decision-making aligned with business objectives. It collaborates across functions to enhance processes, boost category growth, and improve profitability. The team plays a key role in inventory management and supply chain coordination, ensuring optimal product availability and accuracy while executing strategic initiatives that support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
