Position Summary...The (USA) Manager, Project Management leads multiple medium-scale projects by collaborating with stakeholders to develop and deliver effective solutions aligned with business objectives. The manager fosters strong relationships with sponsors and teams, supports associate development through mentoring and training, and upholds company policies and ethical standards. What you'll do...- Develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and objectives.
- Create and communicate detailed project plans and schedules to support timely delivery of initiatives.
- Manage multiple medium-scale projects or workstreams, coordinating resources and resolving issues to meet goals.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and milestones, providing status updates and escalating changes as needed.
