What you'll do: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and resource allocation.
- Create and communicate detailed project plans, schedules, and status updates to support objectives and manage expectations.
- Oversee multiple projects or work streams, ensuring adherence to project management standards and timely delivery of solutions.
- Monitor project budgets, identify risks, and escalate changes to maintain project performance and goals.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Promote compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and operational excellence throughout project execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
