What you'll do...
Role summary:

Drives account strategy, performance optimization, and relationship management for Walmart Marketplace Sellers. Supports sales growth, operational efficiency, and partner success through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
About the team:

This team manages strategic relationships with retail partners to drive business growth across assigned categories. It collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to optimize performance, enhance processes, and expand assortment and market reach. The team plays a crucial role in aligning partner success with broader business objectives by developing actionable account plans and leveraging analytics. It focuses on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and effective communication to support sustainable growth and strong partner relationships within a dynamic retail environment.
What you'll do:
  • Execute account strategy, pipeline development, and business case support for Walmart Marketplace Sellers
  • Analyze performance across sales, profitability, fulfillment, and service to identify opportunities and drive improvements
  • Manage partner relationships, acting as a key point of contact to support long-term growth
  • Develop KPIs, action plans, and operational processes to enhance partner performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and provide guidance or informal mentorship to support team and business outcomes

What you'll bring:
  • Three years experience in account management, sales strategy, or retail partnership management
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage external partner relationships
  • Experience developing and executing business strategies, KPIs, and performance improvement plans
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Demonstrated ability to support or mentor others without direct authority

Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $169,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30094: The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
