About the team: The Operations team leads strategic initiatives to enhance driver acquisition, onboarding, activation, and supply performance for Walmart's Spark Driver platform. Collaborating across multiple functions, the team drives programs to ensure optimal driver supply supporting eCommerce growth. They identify operational opportunities, develop scalable solutions, and manage cross-functional execution to improve marketplace efficiency and fulfillment reliability. Emphasizing strong analytical skills, operational rigor, effective communication, adaptability, and accountability, the team addresses complex challenges in a dynamic environment, fostering continuous improvement and delivering impactful results aligned with business objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
