Collaborating cross-functionally, the manager influences promotional strategies, budget development, and business decisions while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards. By leveraging insights from market trends and customer behavior, this position drives continuous improvement and supports a high-performing team focused on delivering value and sustainable growth.

What you'll do:
  • Lead category and item-level financial forecasting using data analytics and business intelligence to project future results.

  • Influence feature and promotional planning by analyzing historical data and assessing financial impacts on unit velocity and profitability.
  • Provide monthly financial reporting, highlighting business drivers, opportunities, and key action plans.
  • Develop and recommend category budgets and financial targets, integrating insights into fiscal planning systems.
  • Assess business health, identify root causes, and generate data-driven recommendations to improve customer and financial outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
