What you'll do: - Manage daily execution of construction projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and within-scope delivery.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and standards.
- Review and validate construction drawings, submittals, and change requests to maintain alignment with approved designs.
- Track project milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues to leadership to sustain progress.
- Oversee pre- and post-construction activities, including costing, scheduling, and final closeout processes.
- Ensure adherence to Walmart and regulatory compliance, safety, and environmental standards throughout projects.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide status updates to stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
