The Manager, Campaign Management, leads the planning, coordination, and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive business growth and customer engagement. This role requires strong analytical and financial acumen to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategies, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives while managing budgets and ensuring compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in programmatic, search and social media advertising, media planning, and stakeholder communication to deliver measurable results in a dynamic environment.
About the team:

The Media Activation team transforms media strategies and client commitments into live, optimized campaigns. They manage campaign setup, delivery, pacing, and performance while resolving execution challenges to ensure outcomes align with client and financial goals. Positioned at the intersection of strategy, technology, and revenue delivery, the team influences revenue conversion and budget utilization. This role demands technical platform expertise, strategic judgment to identify risks early, troubleshooting systems, and the ability to assess and optimize performance. Strong communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively across the organization and support successful campaign outcomes.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
