The (USA) Manager, Automation Engineering leads the design, integration, and continuous improvement of automation systems within the supply chain. This role leverages advanced data analysis and project management to optimize operational efficiency and drive technology adoption. The manager collaborates cross-functionally to develop business cases, oversee implementation plans, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Strong communication skills are essential to influence stakeholders and present insights. This position supports the advancement of automation initiatives while fostering a culture of operational excellence and innovation.

What you'll do:

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize processes and workflows.
  • Document project plans, status reports, and integration tests to maintain clear communication and project transparency.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience in automation system design, integration, and project management within supply chain or engineering environments.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and advanced analytics to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.
  • Effective communication skills to present insights, influence stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Knowledge of process flow design, operational excellence, and engineering economics to support business case development.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects, document implementation plans, and measure project performance.
  • Experience mentoring and developing team members to foster talent growth and operational success.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
