What you'll do...
Role summary:
The (USA) Manager, Automation Engineering leads the design, integration, and continuous improvement of automation systems within the supply chain. This role leverages advanced data analysis and project management to optimize operational efficiency and drive technology adoption. The manager collaborates cross-functionally to develop business cases, oversee implementation plans, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. By applying engineering economics and process improvement methodologies, this position supports strategic decision-making and operational excellence while fostering effective communication and partnership across teams.
About the team:
Our team leads large-scale automation deployments across Walmart's supply chain, transforming distribution center operations through advanced technologies. We utilize data analysis and advanced analytics to enhance operational efficiency, system performance, and continuous improvement. Managing end-to-end integration of automation systems, we ensure seamless execution in complex environments. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, we deliver scalable solutions that optimize processes and support Walmart's long-term automation strategy. This role, based in Marcy, NY, involves up to 25% travel to support site deployments and supplier coordination.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
