Position Summary...
What you'll do...
You will fill a critical new leadership position responsible for the global support infrastructure, data governance, and processes that enable advertisers, agencies, and tech partners to achieve their business goals. You will also support sales, account strategy, insights & optimization, and marketing teams to hit aggressive growth targets. You will lead a high performing US-based team and a robust international team in India, Central & South America, and China ensuring 24/7 customer success and technical support. You will value operational excellence and drive seamless cross-regional collaboration with a customer-first approach. You and your team will work cross-functionally with senior leaders from Product, Global Tech, Sales, Client Services, and Marketing teams to scale the business, guarantee seamless campaign delivery, and focus on service quality through smart technology, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will standardize and scale processes, tools, and systems; drive a process improvement mindset to reduce waste; defend revenue by proactively ensuring operational rigor; and leverage AI to automate workflows.

Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of revenue operations professionals, including Revenue Operations Scaled Services (offshore / nearshore teams), Enablement & Support (ticket-based service operations), Technical Operations (incubation and solutions), Program Management (strategic programs and launch readiness), Process Mining & Efficiency (internal tools and product prioritization), Revenue Cycle Management (billing operations), and Trust and Safety Operations (Ad Policy Ops, Data Stewardship, Risk Ops).
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overarching strategy for the revenue operations department to align with company revenue, growth, and efficiency objectives.
  • Alignment: Break down silos between departments to ensure a cohesive customer / advertiser journey.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement robust quality assurance (QA) systems, troubleshooting procedures, and automation tools.
  • Efficiency: Design, implement, and optimize processes and systems to reduce friction and improve productivity.
  • Advertising Policy Review & Enforcement: Oversee the policy and review process for advertising creatives, identifying potential risks and enforcing our policy with internal teams, advertisers, agencies, and tech partners.
  • Billing Financial Oversight: Lead billing performance; identify accuracy, timeliness, and cost-saving opportunities; and ensure accurate revenue recognition to mitigate financial risk.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Global Tech, Sales, Client Services, and Marketing teams to align ad operations with broader business objectives, support new business efforts, and manage client expectations.
  • Performance Management: Establish reporting frameworks and dashboards to measure Revenue Operations efficiency, efficacy, and pacing against goals.
  • Executive Communication: Prepare and present reports on revenue operations to key executives.

  • Deep structural understanding of programmatic media and complex ad serving systems.
  • Proven capability to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and drive revenue growth.

The annual salary range for this position is $192,000.00 - $384,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
