What You'll Do

As a senior leader within our supply chain network, you'll drive performance across transportation, fleet, and asset management while building scalable, data-driven operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize resources, and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient movement of goods across the network. Asset & Fleet Management
  • Lead enterprise asset management strategies across the full lifecycle (acquisition, operation, maintenance, and renewal)
  • Optimize total cost of ownership through effective planning, inventory management, and vendor partnerships
  • Establish and enforce asset management standards, policies, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensure fleet readiness through preventive maintenance, performance tracking, and strategic fleet mix decisions
Transportation & Network Operations
  • Oversee inbound and outbound transportation, routing strategies, and vehicle utilization
  • Design and optimize network flow to support omnichannel fulfillment
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safety standards
  • Identify gaps in current logistics models and implement solutions aligned with future demand
Data, Digital & Continuous Improvement
  • Leverage data, analytics, and digital tools to solve complex business challenges
  • Develop dashboards and reporting that drive visibility and decision-making
  • Partner with technology and data science teams to advance automation, AI, and predictive capabilities
  • Champion data governance, ensuring data quality, integrity, and usability
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Exception & Risk Management
  • Anticipate and mitigate operational disruptions across the network
  • Drive proactive risk management strategies using data, automation, and scenario planning
  • Lead response to escalations, ensuring minimal impact to service and performance
  • Establish readiness frameworks for both expected and unexpected operational challenges
Operational Excellence
  • Drive best-in-class execution through standardized processes and "One Best Way" practices
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions across functions
  • Ensure alignment across teams to improve workflow, efficiency, and service outcomes
  • Identify and execute cost-saving and productivity initiatives at scale
Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and all applicable regulations

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
