About the team: The Cross Border Solutions team drives revenue growth and enhances marketplace profitability by delivering seamless global selling and shopping experiences. The team enables customers to access international assortments through local marketplaces while supporting sellers in expanding globally. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Analytics, the team identifies opportunities and develops innovative solutions to address complex business challenges. Operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the team embraces strategic execution and delivers impactful outcomes that influence key business decisions at senior leadership levels.
What you'll do: - Lead the development and execution of technology strategies aligned with business objectives and financial goals.
- Oversee program budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure optimal financial management and ROI.
- Define and monitor performance metrics, ensuring timely delivery and quality of technology initiatives across multiple projects.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to influence decision-making and foster collaboration across business units.
- Define business requirements to deliver technology solutions, driving innovation and operational efficiency.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure program success and continuity.
- Promote continuous improvement by implementing best practices and emerging technologies.
What you'll bring: - Extensive experience in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for large-scale technology initiatives.
- Proven ability to define and execute integrated program plans aligned with business priorities and objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to build consensus and drive collaboration across multiple teams.
- Deep understanding of technology strategies, emerging technologies, and their application to business solutions.
- Expertise in performance measurement, risk assessment, and mitigation to ensure successful program delivery.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technology operations strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing profit and loss (P&L) and optimizing resource allocation.

Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
